Vacation Rental Web Sites With Built-in Reservation System

Vacation Rental Web SitesMyVRSite.com, My Vacation Rental Site, is a great Web site that allows vacation rental managers and owners to quickly and easily create a vacation rental Web site with a built-in reservation system. You can easily manage your availability calendar and take reservations and payments online.

My Vacation Rental Site works just as well for one vacation rental property as it does for a property management company managing several vacation rental properties.

Designed for vacation rental homeowners and property managers, My Vacation Rental Site includes all the features your guests want. Guests can view images of your rental property (or properties), send you inquiries and even make and pay for reservations.

Use the system to confirm reservations, answer inquiries, accept payments and communicate with guests. There's even a built-in e-mail newsletter tool that you can use to send marketing messages to guests and prospective guests.

The vacation property reservation system that's included with every vacation rental Web site enables guests to make a reservation request or pay for a reservation or a deposit quickly and securely. You can accept check payments and/or payments processed with PayPal™. You can even accept credit cards through authorize.net or process them manually at your location.

Vacation Rental Web Sites

Pricing for a vacation rental Web site is low - starting at only $299 per year for a single-property site and $499 for multiple properties. Each property on your site also shows up on Global Vacation Rental Listings, GVRL.com, where travelers go to find unique lodging.

My Vacation Rental Site has a wide variety of designs to choose from, so whether your vacation rental is near the beach, in the mountains or by the lake, there's a design for you. If you prefer, you can pay a one-time $75 fee to customize a design with your own photo.

You Need More Than Goals For 2010 - You Need A Plan

Too many of us come up with New Year's Resolutions or Goals and never follow through with any of them. You need a plan if you are going to accomplish your goals.

The first step is to write down your goals. Until you write down a goal it isn’t really a goal at all, it’s just wishful thinking. Step two is to write down at least five reasons why you want to achieve each goal. You need to understand why this goal is important to you.

Your goals must also be very specific. Your goal can't be to close more deals in 2010 than in 2009, it needs to be "I will close 30 deals in 2010".

Athough writing down your goals for 2010 is extremely important, you need to also write a plan for each goal for how you will achieve that goal.

For each of your goals write down:

  • The tasks required to reach the goal.
  • A due date for each task.
  • Make a list of detrimental behaviors that might prevent you from accomplishing these tasks. If you find yourself doing any of these detrimental behaviors, you can stop before it keeps you from achieving your goal.
  • A reward for yourself once you achieve the goal. We're all more motivated if we know we get a reward at the end of a lot of hard work.

It is also a good idea to have accountability partners to help keep you on track to reaching your goals. Many of us have a better chance of accomplishing our goals if we know we are accountable to someone other than ourselves. Please read Daniel Batsalkin's great post on accountability partners at - http://activerain.com/blogsview/1402226/2010-challenge-my-breakthrough-year-in-real-estate-blogged-week-0-

If we set goals and a plan to accomplish our goals, we can all enjoy a Prosperous and Happy 2010!
